Fitness Coaching

Fitness, great for physical, great for mental. I personally see it as a necessity for me. Create that positive habit.  Clears the mind, relieves stress, release positive endorphins, builds confidence, creates discipline, the list goes on and on. I’ve focused on the mental benefits first as I feel this is almost more important than physically at times. I use fitness as an outlet to help me and support my mental health FIRST before physical. However, the physical benefits are great for overall health of your ship or vessel. Whether that is increased muscle mass, or less body fat.

Each plan is tailored around your life. Whether that is coming back from injury, busy work schedule or just in time for summer.

We offer bronze, silver or gold packages, which all vary different time frames, support and results.
