At Elite Skills and Fitness, we believe sport is about much more than improving skills. It's about building confidence, developing character, creating friendships and helping children become the best versions of themselves. Building people first.

Our children's sports coaching, multi-sport holiday camps and school clubs combine structured learning with energetic, engaging sessions that children genuinely look forward to.

Frequent Audits- Week 3 every half term for every coach for all their sessions and also every camp. Quality is vital to us.

Focused Progress- We help every child develop at their own pace, improving sporting ability, confidence and self-belief through purposeful coaching.

Big Kid Energy- Our coaches bring enthusiasm, personality and fun to every session. We believe children learn best when they're engaged, smiling and enjoying themselves.

Founded in January 2023. Branching across Bedford, Milton Keynes and Leighton Buzzard, so far. We make sure everything is done correctly, the business and we have a high attention to detail, we are ELITE. Always looking to work and improve where possible. The determination we have as a business for it to be the best is unmatched. Our coaches are audited on every session they do on week 3 of each half term. Week 4 being the audit review week to seek improvement where possible, and of course celebrate and reward for 'awesome audits'!

We specialise in building people to be the best version of themselves and developing them to create that self belief in people to go on & achieve their goals! We offer a wide range of services for younger ones and adults to enjoy. Whether that is our holiday camps which showcases the younger ones enjoying different sports and activities and breaking out that comfort zone! To Multi-Sport birthday parties to create special moments for families and friends!

Training semi pro football career until the broken leg, looking to get back into it.
​Part time Accountant, studying ACCA, which I am doing self employed alongside this, however Elite SF is my priority.​
​
Whatever I do I want to be the best at it. My goal is to turn Elite SF into an empire, to build an Elite SF legacy. The positive difference we are making to young people's lives is in multiple avenues, which can then create a snowball effect and they can carry this onto their peers. I have a real passion for the sports we offer and believe they build different aspects of your character development. I want to grow the business but quality is prioritised. Growth whilst constantly improving quality is what matters to me. I want the best and only the best.
I find it weird talking about myself but here we are. The reason I’m doing this, my why. I’ve been coaching for a number of years in different companies / business environments, and I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t and now it is time for my own unique take in this industry. I feel as though I can be the best out there with this. I work full time and more with Elite SF as I truly put my everything into it. Each day 'working' for Elite SF doesn't feel like work as the difference I feel I am making outweighs that and it fulfils me creating the Elite SF Legacy with the rest of the ever growing team we have here!

Sometimes I dabble in a bit of accountancy work on the side, I like to have multiple strings to my bow. Why not. I've been in full time coaching all my life, I found my academia side of me was not being used as much as I had hoped, so I started studying ACCA accountancy and then after I started the business putting Accountancy on the back burner but it is definitely helping assist me with the business. Safe to say the academia side is now getting used running the business as well as still letting out my big kid with the rest of the coaches and seeing those smiling faces.

I'm an interesting character, which you'll most likely realise this when you meet me. I'm just very me. I'm very open minded and the least judgemental person. I enjoy meeting new people and learning different perspectives which ELITE SF allows me to do. I strive to be out of my comfort zone and take every opportunity I can so that I can grow and become a better person. I've learnt to be comfortable with the uncomfortable.

I'm quite a passionate, excitable person and will do a lot for the people close to me. I'm passionate and excited about ELITE SF and I hold what we are creating close to me and the difference we are aiming to make. I say 'creating' and not created as it will always be changing, improving and evolving to be better and the best. We work with feedback and constantly audit our own coaches, sessions and session plans to achieve this. Reflect and evolve.
